Lassoes is run by the husband and wife team of Pauline & Rob Mason. Classes are held in Paignton and Newton Abbot in South Devon. Pauline has been a professional dance teacher for over 30 years having qualified with the National Association of Teachers of Dance as well as being a member of the U.K.A.
Our aim is to give a high standard of instruction in all levels and to all abilities. We are constantly researching to make sure we are teaching the latest and most popular dances from around the world as well as dancing all the old favourites.
Being situated in South Devon, we are always pleased to welcome visitors to our classes, most of whom look us up again when they return to the area. If you are on a visit, please tell us your favourite dances. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced line dancer, we are sure Lassoes has something to offer.
CLASS TIMES AND VENUES AS FOLLOWS:
Choose the classes that suit you the best.
MONDAY 2pm.....ST GEORGES HALL PAIGNTON INTERMEDIATES
This class is a mixture of easy dancing and some of the up to date dances.
MONDAY 7.30pm....THE COURTENAY CENTRE, NEWTON ABBOT BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATES
Easy dancing for beginners followed by an intermediate session.
FRIDAY 2.30pm.....ST GEORGES HALL PAIGNTON INTERMEDIATES
The top twenty and the very latest.
PRIVATE LESSONS ALSO AVAILABLE AT ALL LEVELS.

ST GEORGES HALL IS SITUATED ON THE A379 PAIGNTON TO BRIXHAM ROAD (DARTMOUTH ROAD) AT GOODRINGTON. FROM PAIGNTON GO PAST THE SHOPS IN GOODRINGTON AND TURN LEFT AT THE CO-OP SHOP(BARN ROAD). TURN IMMEDIATELY RIGHT INTO CAR PARK.

THE COURTENAY CENTRE, NEWTON ABBOT, IS IN KINGSTEIGNTON ROAD BETWEEN THE FIRE STATION/B&Q ROUNDABOUT AND THE CATTLE MARKET.
IT WAS FORMERLY CALLED NEWTON ABBOT COMMUNITY CENTRE. FROM THE ROUNDABOUT CONTINUE FOR 300 YARDS AND TURN LEFT INTO THE CENTRE CAR PARK.
